No chips on side of rims but slightly dulling. Tops of the rims are shiny, like new. Pattern is full and glossy, all the way around. Only very light, scattered surface scratches inside and bottom scuffs. Can't be seen unless tilted under bright light. Otherwise, the piece is extremely clean, with factory shine inside and out.
