Rare, 1st prototype for the Corelle Black Optic pattern. The staggered black keys in the pattern were stretched on the prototype, and was to be applied to Corning's early white Comcor Tableware 9" Luncheon Plates, but then ended up going into production on the regular Corelle vitrelle glass plates. Rare Find!
